摘 要:在氧化铝工程中,常常都配套建设热电站。热电站的主要设备之一是燃煤锅炉。燃煤锅炉尾部烟气中含有大量NOx。根据环保的要求,NOx都必须经过处理达到相关标准才能排放。目前降低锅炉NOx排放主要有以下两种方式,采用燃烧控制和烟气脱氮。燃烧控制降低NOx主要有:燃烧优化技术;空气分级燃烧技术;烟气再循环技术;低NOx燃烧器技术;煤粉再燃技术。烟气脱氮技术主要有:选择性非催化还原SNCR、选择性催化还原SCR,SNCR/SCR混合法和电子束照射法等。本文以某实际工程为例,首先简单介绍了改造项目基本情况和脱硝工艺的脱硝原理,然后根据工程需要,选用适合的脱硝技术。最后通过计算确定设备及其它系统改造的方案。通过本次改造,逐步探索脱硝工艺的工程应用,对于今后的类似项目有参考意义。In alumina engineering and often supporting construction of thermal power plants.One of the main equipment for thermal power plant is coal-fired boiler.Coal-fired boiler flue gas contains a lot of NOx.According to the requirements of environmental protection and NOx emissions must be processed to the standards.To reduce boiler NOx emission at present basically has the following two ways,the combustion control and flue gas denitrification.Combustion control to reduce NOx mainly include:combustion optimization technology;the air gradation combustion technology;flue gas recycling technology;the low NOx burner technology;pulverized coal reburning technology;Flue gas denitrification technology mainly include:selective non catalytic reduction SNCR,selective catalytic reductionSCR,SNCR and SCR hybrid method and electron beam irradiate(FGD),etc.Taking a practical project as an example,this paper firstly briefly introduces the basic situation of the renovation project and the denitration principle of the denitration process.Then according to the needs of the project,choose suitable denitration technology.Finally through the calculation to determine the equipment and other system transformation scheme.Through this transformation,the engineering application of denitrification process is gradually explored,which has reference significance for similar projects in the futer.
