摘　　要：电池箔光学表面检测仪是针对电池箔表面质量检测的辅助性工具,旨在检测电池箔表面产品质量,按照工艺生产的要求,对电池箔表面质量进行检测,从而达到客户对产品的需求,并为缺陷源追溯提供依据,本文主要介绍了光学表面检测仪的工作原理及组成等。The optical surface detector of battery foil is an auxiliary tool for the surface quality detection of battery foil.It aims to detect the quality of battery foil surface products.According to the requirements of process production,the surface quality of battery foil is detected,so as to meet the needs of customers for products,and provide the basis for the traceability of defect sources.
