摘　　要：目的 探讨采用无导线起搏器治疗中老年缓慢型心律失常的效果。方法 选取2020年5月—2022年5月在梅州市人民医院采用无导线起搏器植入治疗的94例中老年缓慢型心律失常患者,根据患者年龄分为老年组(≥60岁)80例及中青年组(<60岁)14例,所有患者均行Micra无导线起搏器植入治疗,比较两组患者手术相关指标、并发症发生情况,以及术后不同时间点起搏器电学参数情况。结果 两组植入成功率(均为100.00%)、手术时间、X线投射时间、Micra释放次数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后1年随访期间,两组起搏器阈值、感知、阻抗均维持在正常范围内,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 Micra无导线起搏器植入治疗中老年缓慢型心律失常安全有效,且具有手术时间短、植入成功率高、电学参数稳定性好等优势,值得推广使用。Objective To explore the effect of lead-free pacemakers in the treatment of middle-aged and elderly patients with bradyarrhythmia.Methods A total of 94 middle-aged and elderly patients with bradyarrhythmia who underwent lead-free pacemaker implantation treatment at Meizhou People's Hospital from May 2020 to May 2022 were selected.They were divided into an elderly group(≥60 years old)of 80 patients and a young and middle-aged group(<60 years old)of 14 patients.All patients underwent Micra lead-free pacemaker implantation treatment,and surgical related indicators,changes in pacemaker electrical parameters,and complications were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in implantation success rate(both 100.00%),surgical time,X-ray projection time,and Micra release frequency between the two groups(P>0.05).During the one-year follow-up period after surgery,the pacemaker threshold,perception,and impedance of the two groups remained within the normal range,with no significant difference(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Micra lead-free pacemaker implantation is safe and effective in the treatment of middle-aged and elderly patients with bradyarrhythmia,and has advantages,such as short surgical time,high implantation success rate,and good electrical parameter stability.It is worth promoting and using.
