经低频电刺激联合穴位按摩对剖宫产产后泌乳素和产后康复的影响

摘　　要：目的 分析经低频电刺激联合穴位按摩对剖宫产产后泌乳素和产后康复的影响。方法 选择2022年1月—2023年1月在福建医科大学附属第二医院接受剖宫产分娩的150例产妇。随机分为对照组和干预组各75例,对照组产后实施常规产科护理,干预组增加低频电刺激联合穴位按摩,观察两组的泌乳情况、胃肠功能恢复情况和并发症发生情况。结果 干预组产妇初次泌乳时间早于对照组,平均泌乳量多于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。分娩后第1天、第3天时干预组产妇的泌乳素水平均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组产妇术后肠鸣音恢复及恢复排便、排气时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组产妇术后并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 剖宫产产后实施低频电刺激联合穴位按摩可提高乳汁分泌效果,增加泌乳素分泌,同时可减少并发症,提高产后恢复效率。Objective To analyze the effect of low-frequency electrical stimulation combined with acupoint massage on postpartum prolactin and postpartum recovery after cesarean section.Methods A total of 150 postpartum women who underwent cesarean section delivery in The Second Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected,and randomly divided into a control group and an intervention group.The control group received routine obstetric care after delivery,while the intervention group received low-frequency electrical stimulation combined with acupoint massage.The lactation,gastrointestinal function recovery,and complications of the two groups were observed.Results The initial lactation time of the intervention group was significantly shorter than that of the control group,and the average lactation volume of the intervention group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The prolactin levels in the intervention group were significantly higher than those of the control group on the 1st and 3rd day of delivery(P<0.05).The recovery of bowel sounds,defecation,and exhaust time in the intervention group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the intervention group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing low-frequency electrical stimulation combined with acupoint massage after cesarean section can improve the effect of milk secretion and prolactin secretion,reduce complications,and raisee postpartum recovery efficiency.
