耳穴贴压及导乐陪伴联合硬膜外阻滞在产妇全程无痛分娩中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的 探究耳穴贴压及导乐陪伴联合硬膜外阻滞麻醉对促进产妇无痛分娩,改善其分娩结局的临床应用效果。方法 选取2021年3月—2023年3月福建省南平市人民医院收治的120例产妇作为研究对象,按照随机分组原则将其分为对照组与观察组各60例。对照组采用导乐陪伴+硬膜外阻滞麻醉,观察组在其基础上联合应用耳穴贴压进行干预。比较两组干预前后宫缩发动时产妇疼痛的等级变化;观察两组产妇分娩方式,对两组阴道分娩率及产程时间进行比较。结果 干预后观察组疼痛等级、各产程时间及产程总时间均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组经阴道分娩率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 耳穴贴压及导乐陪伴联合硬膜外阻滞在产妇无痛分娩中具有积极的干预效果,可有效减轻产妇分娩疼痛,提高其阴道分娩率。Objective To investigate the clinical effects of auricular acupressure and doula delivery combined with epidural block anaesthesia in promoting painless labor and improving the outcome of labor.Methods A total of 120 parturients admitted to Nanping People’s Hospital of Fujian Province from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected as study subjects.According to the principle of random grouping,they were divided into the reference group and the observation group,60 cases in each group.The reference group was accompanied by doula delivery combined with epidural block anesthesia,while the observation group was intervened with auricular acupoint pressure on the basis of doula delivery and epidural block.We compared the pain level of the two groups before and after the intervention,observed the mode of delivery of the two groups,compared the rate of vaginal delivery andlabor time between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the pain level,the time of each stage of labor and the total time of labor in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).The rate of transvaginal delivery in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Auricular acupressure and doula delivery combined with epidural block has a positive intervention effect in painless labor,which can effectively reduce labor pain and increase the rate of vaginal delivery.
