摘　　要：目的 评估舌下免疫治疗(subcutaneous immunotherapy, SLIT)对变应性鼻炎(allergic rhinitis, AR)患者Lund-Kennedy鼻内镜评分及生活质量的影响。方法 选取2020年1—12月重庆医科大学附属永川医院收治的92例对粉尘螨过敏的AR患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(常规治疗,46例)和SLIT组(常规治疗联合SLIT治疗,46例)。观察两组的临床治疗效果。结果 两组患者的Lund-Kennedy鼻内镜评分、症状评分、药物评分及生活质量评分均在治疗2年后降低,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且治疗2年后SLIT组的各项指标均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 SLIT联合药物治疗AR患者能获得比单纯药物治疗更好的疗效,且Lund-Kennedy鼻内镜评分及生活质量获得更好改善。Objective The aim of the study was to assess the effect of sublingual immunotherapy(SLIT)on Lund-Kennedy score and quality of life in patients with allergic rhinitis(AR).Methods A total of 92 dust miteallergic patients were selected from Yongchuan Hospital of Chongqing Medical University from January,2020 to December,2020.All patients were randomly divided into SLIT group(n=46 cases,routine treatment+SLIT therapy)and control group(n=46 cases,routine treatment).The clinical treatment effects were compared between two groups.Results Lund-Kennedy score,symptom scores,drug score and quality of life score were significantly decreased after two-year treatment in both groups(P<0.05).After two-year treatment,all indexes in SLIT group were significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion SLIT combined with drug therapy can obtain more significant effects than single drug therapy in AR patients,and improve the Lund-Kennedy score and the quality of life.
