白带常规与阴道炎六联检在阴道感染性疾病病原体检测中的价值

摘　　要：目的探讨白带常规及阴道炎六联检对阴道感染性疾病中病原体的检测价值。方法以2022年11月—2023年4月在厦门市第三医院接受妇科检查的500例白带异常患者为观察对象,均先后接受白带常规和阴道炎六联检。对比分析单一方法检查和联合检查在阴道感染病原体检测和临床诊断中的效能。结果白带常规检查显示,白细胞(white blood cell,WBC)计数增高141例(28.2%),细菌性感染91例(18.2%),念珠菌感染12例(2.4%),滴虫性感染15例(3.0%),阴道炎检出259例(51.8%);阴道炎六联检显示,WBC计数增高156例(31.2%),细菌性感染95例(19.0%),念珠菌感染35例(7.0%),滴虫性感染28例(5.6%),阴道炎检出314例(62.8%);2项联合检查显示,WBC计数增高158例(31.6%),细菌性感染117例(23.4%),念珠菌感染43例(8.6%),滴虫性感染40例(8.0%),阴道炎检出358例(71.6%),联合检查的细菌性感染、念珠菌感染、滴虫性感染的检出率及阴道炎检出率高于单一检查(P<0.05)。白带常规、阴道炎六联检及联合检测的白带清洁度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论白带常规联合阴道炎六联检可提高阴道感染性疾病病原体检出率。Objective To investigate the value of leukorrhea routine and six joint tests for vaginosis in the detection of pathogens in vaginal infections diseases.Methods A total of 500 patients with abnormal vaginal discharge who underwent gynecological examinations at the Third Hospital of Xiamen from November 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the observation subjects,they all underwent leukorrhea routine and six joint tests for vaginosis.To compare and analyze the efficacy of single method examination and combined examination in the detection and clinical diagnosis of vaginal infection pathogens.Results Leukorrhea routine showed an increase in white blood cell(WBC)count in 141 cases(28.2%),bacterial infection in 91 cases(18.2%),candida infection in 12 cases(2.4%),trichomonas infection in 15 cases(3.0%),and vaginosis in 259 cases(51.8%).The six joint tests for vaginosis showed an increase in WBC count in 156 cases(31.2%),bacterial infections in 95 cases(19.0%),candida infections in 35 cases(7.0%),trichomonas infections in 28 cases(5.6%),and vaginosis in 314 cases(62.8%).Two joint examinations showed an increase in WBC count in 158 cases(31.6%),bacterial infections in 117 cases(23.4%),candida infections in 43 cases(8.6%),trichomonas infections in 40 cases(8.0%),and vaginosis in 358 cases(71.6%).The detection rates of bacterial infection,candida infection,trichomoniasis infection and vaginosis of combined examination were higher than those of single examination(P<0.05).There was significant difference in cleanliness between leukorrhea routine,six joint tests for vaginosis and combined test(P<0.05).Conclusion The detection rate of pathogen of vaginal infectious diseases can be improved by leukorrhea routine combined with six joint tests for vaginosis.
