摘 要:目的研究早期急性重症有机磷农药中毒导致的呼吸衰竭后实施无创呼吸机治疗的疗效。方法回顾性分析2022年1—12月龙岩市第一医院急诊科收治的早期急性重症有机磷农药中毒致呼吸衰竭的60例患者。实施常规急诊急救的29例为对照组,常规急救基础上增加无创呼吸机治疗的31例为观察组。比较2组治疗效果。结果观察组总有效率(96.77%)高于对照组(75.86%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组呼吸衰竭纠正、意识恢复、胆碱酯酶活力恢复正常时间及住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组血气、肺功能指标恢复优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对早期急性重症有机磷农药中毒致呼吸衰竭患者救治中以无创呼吸机治疗,可提升治疗效果,缩短康复时间,改善血气指标和肺功能,效果理想。Objective To study the efficacy of implementing mechanical non-invasive ventilation therapy after respiratory failure caused by early acute severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning.Methods A total of 60 patients with respiratory failure caused by early acute severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning admitted to department of emergency,Longyan First Hospital from January to December 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.Conventional emergency treatment was performed in 29 cases as control group,and non-invasive ventilator treatment was added in 31 cases as observation group.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group(96.77%)was higher than that in the control group(75.86%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of respiratory failure correction,consciousness recovery,cholinesterase activity recovery and hospitalization in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Blood gas and lung function indexes of observation group were better than those of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of non-invasive ventilator in the treatment of respiratory failure patients caused by early acute severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning can improve the treatment effect of patients,shorten their recovery time,and improve the blood gas indicators and lung function of patients,which is highly feasible.
