摘　　要：随着医疗技术的不断发展和社会经济的进步,采供血工作在医疗体系中扮演着至关重要的角色。血液及其衍生产品的供应保障对于各类疾病患者的救治、手术、急救等医疗服务至关重要。然而,血液资源的有限性和生物学特性的复杂性给采供血工作带来了一系列挑战。为了更好地应对这些挑战,精细化管理的概念应运而生。在采供血工作中,精细化管理的应用不仅有助于确保血液资源的充足供应,还能提高血液产品的质量和安全性,最大限度地减少不必要的浪费,降低患者感染和其他风险的发生率。同时,精细化管理还能为医疗机构提供科学依据,优化血液资源的配置,从而提高医疗服务的整体效率和质量。With the continuous development of medical technology and the progress of social economy,blood collection and supply play a vital role in the medical system.The supply of blood and its derivative products is very important for the treatment,operation,first aid and other medical services of patients with various diseases.However,the limited blood resources and the complexity of biological characteristics bring a series of challenges to blood collection and supply.In order to better cope with these challenges,the concept of fine management came into being.In the blood collection and supply work,the application of fine management not only helps to ensure the adequate supply of blood resources,but also improves the quality and safety of blood products,minimizes unnecessary waste,and reduces the incidence of infection and other risks for patients.At the same time,refined management can also provide scientific basis for medical institutions to optimize the allocation of blood resources,thereby improving the overall efficiency and quality of medical services.
