摘　　要：糖尿病心肌病(DCM)的发病率逐年升高,受到人们的高度关注。利拉鲁肽是一种降糖药,还具有保护心肌的作用。基于此,本文从DCM发病机制的角度出发,以利拉鲁肽对DCM的治疗作用为中心进行论述,为相关领域研究人员提供利拉鲁肽治疗DCM的最新进展。The incidence of diabetic cardiomyopathy(DCM)is increasing year by year,which has attracted people's attention.Liraglutide is a hypoglycemic drug and also has the effect of protecting myocardium.Based on this,from the perspective of the pathogenesis of DCM,this article focuses on the therapeutic effect of liraglutide on DCM,and provides researchers in related fields with the latest progress of liraglutide in the treatment of DCM.
