健脾生血颗粒联合琥珀酸亚铁治疗妊娠期缺铁性贫血的效果及对铁代谢指标的影响

摘　　要：目的分析健脾生血颗粒联合琥珀酸亚铁治疗妊娠期缺铁性贫血的效果及对铁代谢指标的影响。方法选择2021年3月至2022年3月收治的100例妊娠期缺铁性贫血孕产妇作为研究对象,以随机法将其分为常规组和观察组,各50例。常规组给予琥珀酸亚铁治疗,观察组给予健脾生血颗粒联合琥珀酸亚铁治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组的血清铁(SI)、血清铁蛋白(SF)、转铁蛋白饱和度(TS)、转铁蛋白(TRF)、铁调素(HEPC)水平显著高于常规组,总铁结合力(TIBC)水平显著低于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的血红蛋白(HGB)、红细胞计数(RBC)、平均红细胞体积(MCV)、平均血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)水平高于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组的不良妊娠结局总发生率显著低于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健脾生血颗粒联合琥珀酸亚铁治疗妊娠期缺铁性贫血孕产妇可取得理想疗效。Objective To analyze the effect of Jianpi Shengxue granules combined with ferrous succinate in the treatment of iron deficiency anemia during pregnancy and its influences on iron metabolism indexes.Methods A total of 100 pregnant women with iron deficiency anemia during pregnancy admitted from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the research objects.The pregnant women were randomly divided into routine group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The routine group was treated with ferrous succinate,and the observation group was treated with Jianpi Shengxue granules combined with ferrous succinate.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the levels of serum iron(SI),serum ferritin(SF),transferrin saturation(TS),transferrin(TRF)and ferriregulin(HEPC)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the routine group,and the level of total iron binding capacity(TIBC)was significantly lower than that in the routine group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of hemoglobin(HGB),red blood cell count(RBC),mean red blood cell volume(MCV)and mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration(MCHC)in the observation group were higher than those in the routine group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The total incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the routine group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Jianpi Shengxue granules combined with ferrous succinate in the treatment of pregnant women with iron deficiency anemia during pregnancy can achieve ideal curative effect.
