网络药理学在中药治疗消化系疾病领域的应用进展

摘　　要：对近年来中医药治疗食管癌、胃癌及胃炎、胰腺癌、胰腺炎、肝癌及脂肪性肝病、老年性便秘等疾病的网络药理学文献进行梳理,分析中医药发挥疗效的作用机制、中药有效成分、作用靶点等,提出问题与展望,为研发中药创新药物提供思路。By sorting out the literature of the network pharmacology-based studies on TCM therapies for esophageal cancer,gastric cancer,gastritis,pancreatic cancer,pancreatitis,liver cancer and fatty liver disease,senile constipation,the paper analyzes the mechanism of therapeutic effects of TCM,the active ingredients of herbs,targets of action,and puts forward the problems and prospects,in order to produce the thinking for the research and development of innovative TCM.
