基于VOSviewer软件对烧伤患者功能康复研究热点的可视化分析

摘　　要：目的了解烧伤患者功能康复领域的研究热点及发展趋势,为今后研究提供参考。方法检索自建库起至2023年3月中国知网(CNKI)和Web of Science(WOS)数据库中关于烧伤功能康复的相关文献,应用VOSviewer软件对获取相关研究的发文量、发文国家与机构、作者、载文期刊以及关键词进行可视化分析。结果共纳入878篇文献,涉及47个国家和2583位作者。文献年发文量总体呈上升趋势。美国是发文量最多的国家;加拿大圣地儿童医院是发文量最多的机构。英文文献发文量最多的作者是Schneider,主要作者形成4个团队,团队规模较大且紧密;中文文献发表过1次相关文献的作者占绝大多数,主要作者形成4个团队,团队规模小且联系不足。《Burns》《中国临床康复》是本领域载文量较多的期刊。近年来关注度最高的关键词为生活质量、管理、早期康复训练、关节活动度、康复效果、虚拟现实。结论烧伤功能康复领域相关研究呈上升趋势,美国在该领域处于领先地位,不同国家之间、不同作者团队之间的合作交流有待加强。目前实施早期康复训练,改善肢体功能,提高患者生活质量是该领域的研究热点;关节活动度为该领域热点结局指标;多学科、多领域共同协作模式是该领域最新研究趋势。Objective To understand the research hotspots and development trends in the field of functional rehabilitation of burn patients,thus providing references for future research.Methods Relevant literatures on functional rehabilitation of burn patients published from the time of database construction to March 2023 were searched in the CNKI and WOS databases.The VOSviewer software was used to visualize the number of publications,countries and institutions of publications,authors,journals of publications,and keywords.Results A total of 878 articles were included,covering 47 countries and 2583 authors.There was an overall upward trend in the number of annual publications.The United States was the country with the highest number of publications.The Holy Land Children's Hospital in Canada was the institution with the highest number of publications.The author with the most English-language publications was Schneider.The main authors were from 4 teams with large-scale and tight communication.Authors who had published 1 Chinese-language publication accounted for the majority.They mainly came from 4 teams that were small-scale and lacked of communication.Burns and Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation were the journals with most publications in this field.The keywords that have received the most attention in recent years were the quality of life,management,early rehabilitation training,joint mobility,rehabilitation effect,and virtual reality.Conclusion Relevant research on the functional rehabilitation of burns is on the rise,and the United States places the leading position in this field.However,the cooperation and communication between countries and academic teams need to be strengthened.At present,the implementation of early rehabilitation training to improve limb function and quality of life is the research hotspot in this field.Range of motion is the hot outcome.Multidisciplinary and multi-field collaboration mode is the latest research trend in this field.
