基于CiteSpace的慢性阻塞性肺疾病药物吸入相关研究的可视化分析

摘　　要：目的了解我国慢性阻塞性肺疾病药物吸入研究现状及热点。方法检索2000—2023年中国知网(CNKI)中慢性阻塞性肺疾病药物吸入相关文献,运用CiteSpace 6.1.R6文献计量软件对文献的作者、研究机构、关键词进行计量和可视化分析。结果共纳入文献902篇,发文量在2013年前呈快速上升阶段,2013年后呈稳定发展趋势;作者、机构之间的合作较松散,研究热点围绕依从性、肺功能、吸入药物等展开。结论慢性阻塞性肺疾病药物吸入研究一直得到研究者的关注,作者、机构之间合作程度不足,未来需要加强跨区域、跨单位、跨学科的合作研究。依从性、肺功能、吸入药物成为慢性阻塞性肺疾病药物吸入研究的主要热点和研究前沿,各领域研究深度有待进一步加强。Objective To investigate the current situation and hotspots of drug inhalation research on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in China.Methods The literature related to drug inhalation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in CNKI from 2000 to 2023 was retrieved,and the authors,research institutions and keywords of the literature were quantitatively and visually analyzed by CiteSpace 6.1.R6 bibliometric software.Results A total of 902 papers were included,and the number of published papers showed a rapid increase before 2013,and a stable development trend after 2013.The cooperation between authors and institutions was relatively loose,and the research mainly focused on compliance,lung function,and inhaled drugs.Conclusion The study of drug inhalation in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease has always received the attention of researchers,but the cooperation between authors and institutions is insufficient,and cross-regional,cross-unit and interdisciplinary cooperative research should be strengthened in the future.Compliance,lung function and inhaled drugs have become the main hotspots and research frontiers of drug inhalation research in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,and the depth of research in various fields needs to be further strengthened.
