The accompanying management of hospitalized patients has always been a difficult problem in hospital ward management. With the continuous development of artificial intelligence technology, the increase of people's demand for high-quality nursing services and the impact of public health emergencies, the drawbacks of the traditional accompanying management model implemented in Chinese hospitals have gradually emerged. As a new model, nonaccompanying management can make up for the shortcomings of the traditional accompanying management model. The non-accompanying management model is a patient-centered,life nursing and health guidance quality nursing service model adapted to the modern medical model. It is an innovative model based on scientific management, humanized service and whole-course nursing. Therefore, this paper summarizes the application status of the non-accompanying management model in hospitals at home and abroad, puts forward the feasibility, necessity and existing problems of developing non-accompanying management in China, and points out the development direction of the non-accompanying management model in the future,in order to provide new ideas for the hospital's non-accompanying management.
