基于中医体质学说观察中药祛湿导滞方干预痰湿质患者脂代谢异常的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨中药祛湿导滞方干预痰湿型体质患者脂代谢异常的临床疗效及安全性。方法将2021年1月至2023年1月102例门诊患者按照随机数字表分为祛湿导滞方治疗组62例,口服阿托伐他汀片对照组60例,干预4周后,观察两组三酰甘油(triglyceride,TG)、总胆固醇(total cholesterol,TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(high-density lipoprotein cholesterol HDL-C)、中医证候评分、临床疗效等指标。结果治疗后,两组中医证候评分、TC、LDL-C、TG血含量均降低,HDL-C含量均升高,与对照组比较,治疗组改善的更显著(P<0.05)。对照组总有效率80.0%;治疗组总有效率95.2%,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组痰湿体质转化分明显低于治疗前和对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药祛湿导滞方能显著降低痰湿体质型患者脂代谢异常引起的TC、TG、LDL-C水平,提高HDL-C水平,安全有效。Objective To explore the intervention effect and safety of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)Qushi Daozhi Formula on lipid metabolism disorder in patients with phlegm-dampness constitution.Methods From January 2021 to January 2023,a total of 102 outpatient patients were randomly divided into the treatment group(62 cases)and the control group(60 cases).Qushi Daozhi Formula was given to patients of treatment group,and oral atorvastatin tablets were given to those of control group.After 4 weeks of intervention,triglycerides(TG),total cholesterol(TC),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),TCM syndrome scores,clinical efficacy and other indicators were observed in both groups.Results After treatment,the TCM syndrome score,TC,LDL-C,and TG in the both groups significantly decreased,while the HDL-C significantly increased,which were more pronounced in the treatment group than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate was significantly lower in the control group than that of the treatment group(80.0%VS 95.2%,P<0.05).The transformation score of phlegm dampness constitution in the treatment group was significantly lower than that before treatment and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Qushi Daozhi Formula can significantly reduce the levels of TC,TG,and LDL-C caused by lipid metabolism disorder in patients with phlegm-dampness constitution,and increase HDL-C level,which is safe and effective.
