基于CiteSpace的中医药治疗下肢缺血性疾病的文献计量学研究

摘　　要：目的探讨中医药治疗下肢缺血性疾病的研究情况,研究该领域的热点与发展趋势。方法检索2012年1月至2022年12月中国知网(CNKI)和科学引文索引数据库(WOS)相关文献,应用CiteSpace软件分析纳入文献的发文量、国家、机构、作者、共被引文献和关键词等信息并生成知识图谱。结果共纳入1447篇中文文献和58篇英文文献,年发文量总体稳步增长,但中文文献2020年来有所下降。祛腐生新、益气活血等是关键治疗原则,糖尿病足是热点研究病种,中药泡足、穴位按摩等外治方法关注度较高,黄芪和地黄药对以及肉桂醛、阿魏酸、黄芪甲苷等有效成分极受关注,胱硫醚γ裂解酶(CSE)-硫化氢(H2S)-血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)轴以及磷脂酰肌醇3激酶(PI3K)/蛋白激酶B(AKT)和丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(MAPK)信号通路受高度关注。结论当前本领域形成以中国为中心的国际合作网,并逐步发展。但各机构、作者间交流合作不足,需加强。糖尿病足的治疗为研究热点,结果多为临床疗效报道,相关机制值得深入挖掘。Objective To explore research situation of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of lower limb ischemic disease and study the hot spots and development trend in this field.Methods Literature related to the China National Knowledge Network(CNKI)and the Web of Science database(WOS)from January 2012 to December 2022 were searched.CiteSpace software was used to analyze the number of publications,countries,institutions,authors,co-cited literatures and keywords of the included literatures and generate a knowledge graph.Results A total of 1447 Chinese literatures and 58 English literatures were included,with a steady increase in the annual number of publications,but a decrease in the number of Chinese literatures in 2020.The key treatment principles are removing saprophytic and invigorating qi and activating blood,etc.Diabetic foot is a hot research disease and external treatment methods such as traditional Chinese medicine foot soaking and acupressure have attracted high attention.Astragalus and rehmannia medicine and effective ingredients such as cinnamaldehyde,ferulic acid and astragaloside have attracted great attention and the cystathioneineγ-lyase(CSE)-hydrogen sulfide(H2S)-vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)axis and the phosphatidylinositol 3 kinase(PI3K)/protein kinase B(AKT)and mitogen-activated protein kinase(MAPK)signaling pathways are of great interest.Conclusion At present,a China-centered international cooperation network has been formed in this field and is developing gradually.However,the communication and cooperation between institutions and authors are insufficient and need to be strengthened.The treatment of diabetic foot is a hot research topic and the results are mostly reported as clinical efficacy.The relevant mechanism is worth digging deeply.
