摘　　要：目的探讨特定电磁波谱照射联合针灸治疗急性周围性面瘫的效果。方法选取江西省人民医院2022年6月至2023年3月收治的60例急性周围性面瘫患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(30例)与观察组(30例)。对照组采用口服西药治疗,观察组采用特定电磁波谱照射联合针灸治疗。比较两组患者的Portmann评分、临床疗效和患者满意度。结果中途脱落3例,实际完成57例,对照组28例,观察组29例。治疗前,两组患者的Portmann评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗20 d后,两组患者的Portmann评分高于本组治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的Portmann评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗总有效率为89.66%(26/29),高于对照组的64.29%(18/28),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的总满意率为96.56%,高于对照组的71.43%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者均未发生严重不良反应。结论特定电磁波谱照射联合针灸治疗急性周围性面瘫疗效显著,可提高患者满意度,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the effect of specific electromagnetic spectrum irradiation combined with acupuncture on acute peripheral facial paralysis.Methods A total of 60 patients with acute peripheral facial palsy treated in Jiangxi Provincial People's Hospital from June 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into control group(30 cases)and observation group(30 cases)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with oral Western medicine,and the observation group was treated with specific electromagnetic spectrum irradiation combined with acupuncture.Portmann score,clinical efficacy and patients'satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results 3 cases fell off during the course,57 cases were actually completed,28 cases in the control group and 29 cases in the observation group.Before treatment,there was no significant difference in Portmann score between the two groups(P>0.05).After 20 days of treatment,the Portmann scores of two groups was higher than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The Portmann score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 89.66%(26/29),which was higher than 64.29%(18/28)of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of observation group was 96.56%,higher than 71.43%of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).No serious adverse reactions occurred in two groups.Conclusion Specific electromagnetic spectrum irradiation combined with acupuncture in the treatment of acute peripheral facial paralysis is effective,can improve patient satisfaction,worthy of clinical promotion.
