摘　　要：随着“互联网+医疗”技术进步,智慧医疗的应用发展,自助医疗服务在门诊就医多个环节得到高效运用。检验检查作为医院门急诊就诊关键环节,在整体儿科优质医疗资源不足、供需矛盾凸显的情况下,实现门急诊检验检查自助开单、缴费及查询一体化,既是优化门急诊流程、创新门诊管理的有效实践,也是医院践行为民服务、智慧高效的便民举措。本文通过对智慧门诊自助检验检查一体化服务实践的探索研究,在制度保障、宣传普及、技术支持、丰富项目、完善服务多方面提出完善措施,以不断提升群众智慧就医体验,进一步为儿童健康事业高质量发展保驾护航。With the development of"Internet+healthcare"technology and the application of smart healthcare,self-service medical services have been effectively used in multiple aspects of outpatient treatment.Laboratory examination is a key link in the outpatient and emergency department of hospitals.Under the situation of insufficient overall high-quality pediatric medical resources and prominent supply and demand contradictions,the integration of self-service billing,payment and query of outpatient and emergency examination is not only an effective practice to optimize the outpatient and emergency process and innovate outpatient management,but also an intelligent and efficient convenient measure for the hospital to serve the people.Through the exploration and research of the integrated service practice of self-service inspection in smart outpatient clinics,this paper puts forward improvement measures in terms of institutional guarantee,publicity,technical support,project enrichment and service improvement,so as to continuously improve the people's intelligent medical experience and further escort the high-quality development of children's health.
