明代女医谈允贤治疗不孕症经验

摘　　要：谈允贤为明代著名女医,擅长灸法,推崇朱丹溪,受“阳有余阴不足论”“相火论”“六郁致病论”等理论影响,重视调理气血、行气解郁、滋阴降火、健脾补肾等治法,且重视情志因素在女性疾病发病中的作用。对于脾肾皆虚、气血双亏、湿盛火衰之不孕,外用灸法,内服何首乌丸(朱丹溪方)补益肝肾,填精生血。对于劳怒伤情、情志过极、伤气耗血、精气不足、难以固养胎元所致不孕症合并复发性流产,先以四制香附丸开郁清热,散去郁结,气调则血调;再以调经益气汤加味补气养血,使经调而胎元易成;顺利受胎后予以清热健脾安胎的散剂防止胎热胎堕,不仅治疗不孕,还使患者顺利生产。Tan Yunxian was a famous female doctor in the Ming Dynasty,good at moxibustion,highly praised Zhu Danxi,influenced by many of his ideas,for example,"Yang is usually redundant while yin is ever deficient""minister fire theory""six-depression theo-ry","protecting the spleen and stomach".She paid attention to regulating qi and blood,moving qi and relieving depression,nourishing yin and reducing fire,invigorating the spleen and tonifying the kidney,as well as the role of emotions in the incidence of female disea-ses.For infertility caused by spleen-kidney deficiency,qi-blood insufficiency,excessive dampness and deficient fire,she used external moxibustion,oral Radix Polygoni Multiflori Pill(Zhu Danxi′s formula)to nourish the liver and kidney,fill the essence and generate blood.For infertility combined with recurrent abortion caused by exhaustion,anger,extreme emotions,injury,blood consumption,lack of essence,difficult to solidify the fetal element,she adopted staged treatment to regulate qi and blood.First,four-system Rhizoma Cyperi Pill was used to remove depression,clear heat.Second,Supplemented Menstruation-Regulating and Qi-Tonifying Decoction was used to promote embryo element.After successfully bearing the fetus,in order to prevent fetal heat and fetal miscarriage,the powder for clearing heat and invigorating the spleen powder and preventing miscarriage was adopted,which not only treated infertility,but also made the pa-tient successfully give birth.
