摘　　要：胡兰贵教授临床重视从肝论治疾病,认为各脏腑功能的正常活动,需赖肝主疏泄功能的正常和调节,肝气生机调畅,阳气舒通,阴气布散,五脏之气得以宣通,机体就呈现出勃勃的生机。四逆香佛二花汤具有疏肝理气养血,利水除湿通络之效。胡教授认为副乳、痹证、水肿等病的治疗重点在调理气机,佐以消痰,择药性平和之品,行气消痰而不伤正,可收“轻可去实”之功,故方用四逆香佛二花汤。根据患者体质,结合其主症病因,发挥中医辨证论治优势,以四逆香佛二花汤为基础方加减,针对一些肝郁诸症确有良好的疗效。Professor Hu Langui attaches great importance to the clinical treatment of diseases from the liver,and believes that the normal function of the viscera mainly depends on the normal and regulation of the function of the liver governing free flow of qi.When the liver qi is regulated smoothly,the yang qi is relaxed,and the yin qi is dispersed,the qi of the five organs can be released,and the body will show vigorous vitality.Fructus Citri and Fructus Citri Sarcodactylis Decoction has the effect of soothing the liver,regulating qi and nour-ishing blood,inducing diuresis and removing dampness and dredging collaterals.Professor Hu believes that the treatment of diseases such as accessory mamma,impediment syndrome,edema should focus on regulating qi movement,accompanied by resolving phlegm,so the drugs with a mild nature which can regulate qi and resolve phlegm without injuring healthy qi,resulting the effect of effect"allevia-ting external excess symptoms by using light and soothing drugs",can be adopted,that′s the reason why Frigid Extremities Fructus Citri and Fructus Citri Sarcodactylis Decoction is chosen.According to the patient′s physical constitution,combined with the main disease eti-ology,giving full play to the advantages of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment,with Frigid Extremities Fructus Citri and Fructus Citri Sarcodactylis Decoction as the basic formula for some liver disorders has indeed shown promising effect.
