摘　　要：目的分析探讨总结MRKH(Mayer-Rokitansky-Küster-Hauser Syndrome)综合征超声声像图特征性表现,探讨超声不同途径检查方式包括经腹部超声及阴道探头经直肠、经会阴超声检查方法在诊断MRKH综合征中的价值。方法回顾30例MRKH综合征患者,对比分析其经腹部超声、阴道探头经直肠、经会阴超声检查MRKH综合征的特征性表现的检出率,采用Fisher精确检验,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果经腹部超声联合阴道探头经直肠、经会阴超声检查方式诊断符合率明显高于其中任何一种检查方式。结论MRKH综合征超声声像图表现具有极高的特异性,联合应用经腹部超声及阴道探头经直肠、经会阴超声检查对MRKH综合征的诊断具有较高的敏感性,是符合我国国情的是另一个金标准。Objective To analyze and summarize the ultrasonographic characteristics of MRKH(Mayer-Rokitansky-Kuster-Hauser Syndrome),and to explore the value of different ultrasonography methods,including transabdominal ultrasonography,vaginal probe transrectal ultrasonography and transperineal ultrasonography in the diagnosis of MRKH syndrome.Methods 30 patients with MRKH syndrome were reviewed,and the detection rates of the characteristic manifestations of MRKH syndrome by transabdominal ultrasonography,transrectal ultrasonography with vaginal probe and transperineal ultrasonography were compared and analyzed.Fisher precision test was used,and P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results The diagnostic coincidence rate of transabdominal ultrasonography combined with transrectal and transperineal ultrasonography was significantly higher than any of them.Conclusion The ultrasonography of MRKH syndrome has a high specificity,and the combined application of transabdominal ultrasonography and vaginal probe transrectal and transperineal ultrasonography has a high sensitivity for the diagnosis of MRKH syndrome,which is another gold standard according to our country.
