摘　　要：为探讨肿瘤坏死因子受体2(TNFR2)第六外显子基因多态性与系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)易感的相关性,采用病例对照研究的方法,用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性分析技术(PCR-RFLP)检测50例SLE患者和117例健康对照人群的TNFR2第六外显子的基因型和等位基因,SLE患者组TNFR2第六外显子基因型196R/R、196M/R和等位基因196R的频率明显比对照组高,经χ2检验,其差异具有统计学意义。(两组基因型之间:χ2=6.23P=0.044;两组等位基因之间:χ2=6.39P=0.011)。结果表明TNFR2第六外显子基因多态性与SLE的易感性相关。To study the polymorphism of tumor necrosis factor receptor2(TNF R2)exon6gene and its possible association with the susceptibility to systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE).The genotypes and alleles of TNF R2gene exon6of50cases of SLE and117normal controls were detected.case-control study,The frequences of genotype196R/R,196M/R and alleles196R of TNF R2gene exon6in SLE group were statistically significantly higher than that in the control group(genotype between two groups:χ 2 =6.23P=0.044;allele between two groupsχ 2 =6.39P=0.011).TNF R2gene exon6polymorphism was found to be significantly associated with the susceptibility to SLE.
