摘　　要：目的 探讨阶段性心理护理干预在胚胎植入前遗传学诊断(PGD/PGS)女性患者中的应用效果。方法 选择2021年2月至2022年2月期间在海南医学院第一附属医院生殖中心接受PGD/PGS的100例女性患者作为研究对象,按随机数表法分为观察组和对照组各50例。对照组按常规治疗和护理并收集患者的临床资料,观察组在对照组的基础上进入PGD/PGS 3个月的治疗期间不同阶段由专业医护人员进行针对性的心理干预。比较两组患者干预前后的焦虑评分(SAS)、抑郁评分(SDS)、护患关系信任度评分;比较两组患者在治疗期间的不良事件发生情况及满意度评分。结果 干预前,两组患者SAS、SDS评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组患者的SAS、SDS评分均明显下降,且观察组患者的SAS、SDS评分分别为(32.23±3.87)分、(31.38±4.12)分,明显低于对照组的(38.46±4.31)分、(37.57±4.86)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,观察组患者的护患关系信任度评分总分为(31.23±4.18)分,明显高于对照组的(22.77±3.58)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预治疗期间,观察组患者的不良事件总发生率为16.00%,明显低于对照组的38%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者对护理的满意度评分总分为(96.51±1.26)分,明显高于对照组的(92.62±1.64)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 阶段性心理护理干预在PGD/PGS女性患者中的应用可明显改善患者的心理健康状态,提高治疗效果,降低不良事件发生率,有利于构建和谐的护患关系。Objective To explore the effect of staged psychological nursing intervention in female patients un-dergoing preimplantation genetic diagnosis/screening(PGD/PGS).Methods One hundred patients who underwent PGD/PGS in Department of Reproductive Medicine,the First Affiliated Hospital of Hainan Medical University from February 2021 to February 2022 were selected and divided into an observation group and a control group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment and care,and clinical data was collected from patients.The observation group received staged psychological nursing intervention at different stages of the 3-month PGD/PGS on the basis of the control group,and targeted psychological interventions were provided by professional medical staff.The Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS),and nurse-patient relationship trust score were compared between the two groups of patients before and after interven-tion.The incidence of adverse events and satisfaction scores during treatment were also compared between the two groups of patients.Results Before intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were(32.23±3.87)points and(31.38±4.12)points,which were significantly lower than(38.46±4.31)points and(37.57±4.86)points in the control group(P<0.05).The total score of nurse-patient relationship trust in the observation group was(31.23±4.18)points,which was significantly higher than(22.77±3.58)points in the control group.The total incidence of adverse events in the observation group was 16.00%,which was significantly lower than 38.00%in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction score with the nursing of the observation group was(96.51±1.26)points,significantly higher than(92.62±1.64)points in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of phased psychological nu
