李海松教授补肾活血开窍法治疗不射精症经验

摘　　要：不射精症是男科常见疑难病之一,其病因不十分明确,西医尚无公认的治疗方法,中医将其归于“精瘀”“精闭”范畴。不射精症病位在下焦精室,病程日久则易出现多虚多瘀的病理变化。李海松教授结合传统医学对本病的认识,认为其主要病机为肾虚血瘀,提出补肾活血开窍法治疗本病治则,补虚与泄实相结合,身心同调,以恢复精液的正常生成和排泄,效果显著,特此总结。并附验案以分析。Anejaculation is one of the common and difficult diseases in andrology,its cause is not very clear,there is no recognized treatment method in western medicine,and Chinese medicine classifies it as“essence stasis”and“essence closure”.Anejaculation located in the“essence chamber”of lower jiao.As a result of long course of the disease,pathological changes of deficiency and blood stasis are likely to appear.Professor Li Haisong believed that the main pathogenesis of this disease was kidney deficiency and blood stasis bases on traditional theory of Chinese medicine.The therapeutic principle of nourishing kidney,promoting blood circulation,and inducing resuscitation method,combination of tonifying deficiency and releasing excess,simultaneous treatment of body and mind were put forward by Professor Li Haisong to recover the normal production and excretion of semen.Meanwhile,it has achieved remarkable curative effect.The special summary is as follows.And the case is attached for analysis.
