摘　　要：目的 分析以网络平台为依托的四位一体短距离沟通式延伸护理在结直肠癌患者中的应用效果。方法 选取江苏省溧阳市人民医院2021年4月至2022年9月收治的结直肠癌患者中抽取80例作为研究对象,随机编号1~80,将奇、偶数编号患者分别纳入对照组及观察组,各40例。对照组给予常规延伸护理,观察组给予以网络平台为依托的四位一体短距离沟通式延伸护理。比较两组延续护理质量、自我护理能力评分、并发症发生情况。结果 护理后,两组护理测评量表评分均高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,两组自我护理能力量表评分高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 在结直肠癌患者中应用以网络平台为依托的四位一体短距沟通式延伸护理可显著提高患者延伸护理质量,利于患者规避相关并发症发生风险,具有较高的临床推广应用价值。Objective To analyze the application effect of four-in-one short-distance communication extended nursing based on network platform in patients with colorectal cancer.Methods A total of 80 patients with colorectal cancer admitted to Liyang People’s Hospital in Jiangsu Province from April 2021 to September 2022 were selected as the study objects.Patients with odd and even numbers were randomly numbered from 1 to 80 and included in control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine extended care,and on the basis of the control group,the observation group was given four-in-one short-distance communication extended nursing based on network platform.The quality of extended care,the score of self-care ability,and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the nursing assessment scale scores of both groups were higher than those before intervention,and the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the self-care ability scale score of the two groups was higher than those before intervention,and the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total complication rate of observation group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of four-in-one short-distance communication extended care based on the network platform in colorectal cancer patients can significantly improve the quality of extended care for patients,help patients avoid the risk of related complications,and has high clinical promotion and application value.
