摘　　要：目的 建立同时测定附子理中丸类制剂中蜂蜜的4种糖成分含量的方法。方法 采用高效液相色谱法,以Prevail Carbohyrate ES为色谱柱,乙腈-水为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 ml/min,柱温30℃。结果 果糖、D-无水葡萄糖、蔗糖、麦芽糖分别在75.055 0~375.275 0、80.006 5~400.032 5、10.009 5~50.047 5、10.003 5~50.017 5μg范围内线性较好(r>0.999);加样回收率为94.7%~100.1%(RSD<2.0%,n=9)。结论 该方法科学准确,可用附子理中丸类制剂中辅料蜂蜜的质量控制。Objective To establish a method for simultaneous determination of four sugar components in honey of Fuzilizhong Pills preparation.Methods High-performance liquid chromatography was performanced and the column was Prevail Carbohyrate ES and acetonitrile-water at a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min in a gradient elution,the column temperature was 30℃.Results Fructose,glucose,sucrose,and maltose had a good linearity in the ranges of 75.0550-375.2750,80.0065-400.0325,10.0095-50.0475,10.0035-50.0175μg(r>0.999),whose recoveries were 94.7%-100.1%(RSD<2.0%,n=9).Conclusion The method is scientific and accurate,and can be used for the quality control of honey in Fuzilizhong Pills preparation.
