加味龙胆泻肝汤治疗湿热型湿疹临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察加味龙胆泻肝汤治疗湿热型湿疹的临床效果。方法选择十堰市中西医结合医院2021年5月—2021年9月确诊的湿疹患者80例,随机分为治疗组、对照组各40例。治疗组口服加味龙胆泻肝汤治疗,对照组口服西替利嗪片治疗。14 d为1个疗程,疗程结束后第2周随访,观察复发情况以进行疗效评定。结果治疗组总有效率为85.0%(34/40),高于对照组的67.5%(27/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组中医证候积分均下降,且治疗组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论患者内服加味龙胆泻肝汤治疗湿热型湿疹瘙痒症状缓解明显,复发率低,无明显不良作用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of modified Longdan Xiegan decoction in treating dampness-heat eczema.Meth⁃ods A total of 80 patients diagnosed with eczema from May 2021 to September 2021 in Shiyan Hospital of Integrated Traditional and Western Medicine were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 40 patients in each group.The treatment group was treated with modified Longdan Xiegan decoction,and the control group was treated with cetirizine tablet.14 days as a course of treatment,2 weeks after the end of the course of follow-up,the recurrence was observed to evaluate the curative effect.Results The to⁃tal effective rate of the treatment group was 85.0%(34/40),which hwas higher than that of the control group(67.5%,27/40),and the dif⁃ference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,TCM syndrome scores of both groups decreased,and the treatment group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion After oral administration of the modified Longdan Xiegan decoction,the patient’s symptoms were significantly relieved,and the itching sensation was relieved.The re⁃currence rate is low,and there was no obvious adverse effect.
