中医治疗新型冠状病毒肺炎合并心力衰竭1例的体会

摘　　要：新型冠状病毒肺炎在中医体系中归属“疫病”范畴,有极强的传染性,极快的传播速度。文章通过对2022年上海市嘉定区1例奥密克戎新型冠状病毒肺炎合并心力衰竭患者的案例分析,抓住核心病机,遵从传统六经辨证,并重视其方证特点,一人一方,辨证施治,精准施策,充分发挥中医药治疗老年新型冠状病毒肺炎的作用。COVID-19 belongs to the category of“epidemic”in traditional Chinese medicine system,which is highly contagious and has the characteristics of rapid transmission.Through the case analysis of 1 patient with Omicron COVID-19 complicated with heart failure in Jiading District of Shanghai in 2022,the author grasped the core disease mechanism,followed the traditional six meridians differentiation,and gave full play to the role of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of COVID-19 in the elderly.
