仲景治湿热痈脓三方在肛周湿疹的应用

摘　　要：肛周湿疹是由多种因素引起,发生于肛门周围皮肤的一种常见非传染性皮肤病,临床治疗用药虽方法多样,但易反复发作。甘草泻心汤、赤小豆当归散、排脓散三方原为张仲景治疗湿热痈脓所用,具有清热利湿、健脾化湿、养血润肤、祛风止痒等功效。临床应用时三方不仅对疮痈脓肿病变有效,还对肛周湿疹等渗出性皮肤病亦有良好的效果。文章基于其有效性,分析仲景治湿热痈脓三方在肛周湿疹的临床应用。Perianal eczema is a common noninfectious skin disease caused by a variety of factors,which occurs in the skin around the anus.Although there are various clinical treatment methods,it is easy to relapse.Gancao Xiexin decoction,Chixiaodou Danggui pow⁃der and Painong powder were originally used by Zhang Zhongjing for the treatment of dampness-heat abscess.The three prescriptions have the functions of clearing heat and dampness,invigorating spleen and dampness,nourishing blood and moisturizing skin,dispel⁃ling wind and relieving pruritus,etc.Therefore,clinical application is not only effective for sore carbuncle pyogenic lesions,but also has good therapeutic effect for the treatment of exudative skin diseases such as perirectal eczema.Based on its effectiveness,this pa⁃per analyzed the clinical application of Zhongjing in treating dampness-heat abscess in perianal eczema.
