养阴安寐汤治疗肝肾阴虚型帕金森病失眠临床观察

摘　　要：目的了解养阴安寐汤对肝肾阴虚型帕金森病(PD)失眠患者的疗效。方法选取肝肾阴虚型PD睡眠障碍患者60例,随机分为2组,在抗PD治疗的基础上,对照组予以右佐匹克隆治疗,治疗组给予右佐匹克隆联合养阴安寐汤治疗。经4周治疗,对其效果进行评估。结果2组患者治疗前各项指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,治疗组在匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PQSI)、Epworth嗜睡量表(ESS)、中医证候分级量化量表的积分方面改善幅度明显较对照组大,差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率93.33%(28/30)优于对照组的73.33%(22/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论养阴安寐汤应用于肝肾阴虚型PD失眠患者,能潜阳滋阴、补益肝肾、养心安神,与单纯应用西药比较,能提高临床疗效、有效缓解症状。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Yangyin Anmei decoction on insomnia in patients with Parkinson’s dis⁃ease(PD)with yin deficiency of liver and kidney type.Methods Sixty cases of PD with yin deficiency of liver and kidney type patients were divided into two groups.On the basis of anti-PD treatment,the control group was treated with dexzopiclone,and the treatment group was treated with dexzopiclone combined with Yangyin Anmian decoction.After 4 weeks of treatment,the effect was evaluated.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index Scale(PQSI),Epworth Sleepiness Scale(ESS)and TCM syndrome grading scale were significantly improved in the treatment group compared with the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 93.33%(28/30)in the treatment group was better than 73.33%(22/30)in the control group,and the difference was statistically signifi⁃cant(P<0.05).Conclusion Yangyin Anmei decoction is applied to PD insomnia patients with yin deficiency of liver and kidney.It can nourish yang and yin,tonify liver and kidney,nourish heart and calm mind.Compared with simple application of Western medicine,it can improve clinical efficacy and relieve symptoms effectively.
