1100例农村老年高血压病患者的中医体质辨识

摘　　要：目的了解东孚镇老年高血压病患者的中医体质分布情况,为防治高血压病及调节患者体质提供参考依据。方法运用中医体质辨识量表进行问卷调查,调查结果录入系统,系统根据分值进行体质分型。结果本次调研共有1159例患者参与,其中有效调研1100例,调研有效率为94.91%。调研显示,东孚镇老年高血压病患者以阴虚质[26.91%(296/1100)]、痰湿质[22.55%(248/1100)]、平和质[22.09%(243/1100)]和气虚质[13.91%(153/1100)]为主。结论农村老年高血压病患者中医体质分型差异较大。高血压病健康管理应依据患者体质类型,采用个性化中医保健方案进行健康干预,这样才能最大程度地保证疗效。Objective To understand the distribution of TCM constitution of elderly hypertensive patients in Dongfu Town,and to pro‐vide reference for constitution regulation and prevention of hypertensive patients.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted us‐ing the TCM Constitution Identification Scale,the results of the questionnaire were entered into the system,and the system was used to classify the constitution according to the scores.Results A total of 1,159 patients participated in this survey,of which 1100 were effec‐tively surveyed,and the survey effectiveness rate was 94.91%.The survey showed that local patients were mainly yin deficiency[26.91%(296/1100)],phlegm-dampness[22.55%(248/1100)],peace[22.09%(243/1100)]and qi deficiency[13.91%(153/1100)].Con-clusion The TCM constitution types of elderly hypertensive patients in rural areas are quite different.In the health management of hy‐pertension,individualized TCM health care programs should be used for health intervention according to the patient’s constitution type,so as to ensure the curative effect to the greatest extent.
