摘　　要：目的观察小儿推拿联合苗医履蛋疗法治疗小儿风寒咳嗽的临床效果。方法将160例风寒咳嗽患儿随机分为4组:小儿推拿联合苗医履蛋疗法治疗组(联合治疗组)、小儿止咳糖浆口服对照组(药物治疗组)、苗医履蛋疗法治疗组(履蛋治疗组)及小儿推拿治疗组(推拿治疗组),各40例。经相应治疗后,比较4组患儿的临床效果。结果联合治疗组、药物治疗组、履蛋治疗组、推拿治疗组总有效率分别为95.0%(38/40)、80.0%(32/40)、85.0%(34/40)、82.5%(33/40)。联合治疗组总有效率明显高于其他3组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其他3组总有效率之间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论小儿推拿联合苗医履蛋疗法治疗小儿风寒咳嗽效果更明显,值得临床进一步推广。Objective To observe the clinical effect of pediatric massage combined with rolled-egg therapy of Miao-nationality medi⁃cine in the treatment of children with wind-cold cough.Methods A total of 160 children with wind-cold cough were randomly divided into 4 groups,which are pediatric massage combined with Miao-nationality medicine rolled-egg therapy group(combined treatment group),Xiaoer Zhike syrup oral control group(drug treatment group),rolled-egg therapy of Miao-nationality medicine group(rolled-egg treatment group)and the pediatric massage treatment group(Tuina treatment group).There were 40 cases in each treatment group.After corresponding treatment in each group,the clinical efficacy of the four groups of children was compared.Results The total effec⁃tive rates of the combined treatment group,drug treatment group,rolled-egg treatment group,and Tuina treatment group were respec⁃tively 95.0%(38/40),80.0%(32/40),85.0%(34/40),and 82.5%(33/40).There was statistical significance between the combination treat⁃ment group and the other three groups(P<0.05),and there was no statistical difference in the total effective rate among the other three groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The effect of pediatric massage combined with rolled-egg therapy of Miao-nationality medicine in the treatment of children with wind-cold cough is more obvious,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
