摘　　要：目的 探析高血压病患者采用耳穴贴压联合针灸治疗对血压与血脂的影响。方法 选择枣庄市立医院2021年3月—2022年3月接诊的90例高血压病患者,按照随机数字表法分为2组,每组45例。对照组口服药物治疗,观察组耳穴贴压联合针灸治疗。比较2组患者血压、血脂、中医证候积分和治疗总有效率。结果 治疗后,观察组舒张压、收缩压均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)低于对照组,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组主症(头痛、眩晕)与次症(心悸、胸闷、畏寒肢冷)中医证候积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗总有效率为97.78%(44/45),高于对照组的80.00%(36/45),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 高血压病患者采用耳穴贴压联合针灸治疗可以更好地改善血压与血脂,值得推广。Objective To explore the effect of auricular acupoint pressing combined with acupuncture and moxibustion on blood pres⁃sure and blood lipid in hypertensive patients.Methods A total of 90 hypertensive patients admitted to Zaozhuang Municipal Hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected and divided into 2 groups according to random number table method,with 45 patients in each group.The control group was treated with oral medication,and the observation group was treated with auricular acupoint press⁃ing combined with acupuncture and moxibustion.Blood pressure,blood lipids,TCM syndrome score and total effective rate were com⁃pared between the two groups.Results After treatment,diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG)and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)in observation group were lower than those in control group,and high density li⁃poprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)was higher than those in control group,and the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome scores of the main symptoms(headache,vertigo)and secondary symptoms(palpitation,chest tightness,cold limbs)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total ef⁃fective rate of the observation group was 97.78%(44/45),higher than that of the control group(80.00%,36/45),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Auricular acupoint pressing combined with acupuncture and moxibustion can improve blood pressure and blood lipid better in hypertensive patients,which is worth promoting.
