走罐联合火针治疗血瘀型白疕临床观察

摘　　要：目的 观察走罐联合火针治疗血瘀型白疕的临床效果。方法 将2020年1月—2021年3月于江西省中西医结合医院皮肤科住院的80例血瘀型白疕患者随机分为试验组和对照组。试验组在常规护理的基础上使用走罐联合火针治疗,对照组在常规护理的基础上外擦卡泊三醇软膏和黄连膏治疗,治疗时间均为30 d。对比2组皮损面积和严重程度指数(PASI)评分、瘙痒情况及临床疗效。结果 试验组PASI评分低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组瘙痒情况优于对照组(P<0.05);试验治疗总有效率95.00%(38/40)高于对照组的75.00%(30/40)(P<0.05)。结论 走罐联合火针治疗对血瘀型白疕患者的恢复具有促进作用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of moving cupping combined with fire-needling in the treatment of blood stasis white scaling skin.Methods From January 2020 to March 2021,80 cases of white scaling skin patients with blood stasis type hospital⁃ized in the Department of Dermatology of Jiangxi hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine were randomly di⁃vided into the experimental group and the control group.The experimental group was treated with moving cupping combined with fire-needle,and the control group was treated with capotriol ointment and coptis coptidis ointment.The treatment time was 30 days.The two groups were compared by skin lesion area,severity index and dynamic pruritus score.Results The PASI score of experimental group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).The pruritus of experimental group was better than that of control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of experimental treatment was 95.00%(38/40),which was higher than that of control group 75.00%(30/40)(P<0.05).Conclusion Moving cupping combined with fire-needling in the recovery of blood stasis white scaling skin has promoted effect.
