平衡针联合耳穴埋豆预防胃镜检查中并发症的临床观察  

Balance Acupuncture Combined with Auricular Point Pressing Bean in the Prevention and Treatment of Complications Induced by Gastroscopy

摘　　要：目的 探讨平衡针联合耳穴埋豆防治胃镜检查中并发症的临床效果。方法 选取山东省泰安市中医医院2019年1月—2020年1月行胃镜检查的患者160例,随机分为对照组80例和观察组80例。对照组采用耳穴埋豆常规干预,观察组在此基础上联合平衡针治疗,比较2组在胃镜检查过程中恶心呕吐的严重程度、心率血压变化。结果 观察组恶心呕吐严重程度分级及心率血压指标明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 平衡针联合耳穴埋豆用于胃镜检查能有效减轻恶心呕吐及心率血压升高的严重程度,是一种新的预防胃镜检查并发症的有效方法。Objective To investigate the clinical effects of balance acupuncture combined with auricular point pressing bean in the prevention and treatment of complications induced by gastroscopy.Methods A total of 160 patients who underwent gastroscopy in Taian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group(80 cases)and observation group(80 cases).The control group was treated with routine intervention of auricular point pressing bean,and the observation group was treated with balance acupuncture on this basis.The severity of nausea and vomiting,heart rate and blood pressure changes were compared between the two groups during gastroscopy.Results Nausea and vomiting severity grade and heart rate and blood pressure index of observation group were significantly better than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclu⁃sion Balance acupuncture combined with auricular point pressing bean can efficiently reduce the degree of nausea and vomiting,score of heart rate and blood pressure,which is a new effective method in treating complications induced by gastroscopy.
