针刺联合血栓通与银杏叶提取物注射液治疗急性脑卒中临床观察

摘　　要：目的 分析急性脑卒中患者采用针刺联合血栓通与银杏叶提取物注射液治疗的效果。方法 回顾性选取2020年2月—2022年2月万年县人民医院急性脑卒中患者80例,依据应用方法分为针刺联合血栓通与银杏叶提取物注射液治疗组(联合用药组)、常规用药组2组,各40例。分析2组神经功能缺损程度、独立生活能力、日常生活能力、临床疗效。结果 联合用药组患者的美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、改良Rankin量表(mRS)评分均低于常规用药组(P<0.05)。联合用药组患者的改良Barthel指数(MBI)评分高于常规用药组(P<0.05)。联合用药组患者的总有效率92.50%(37/40)高于常规用药组的67.50%(27/40)(P<0.05)。结论 急性脑卒中患者采用针刺联合血栓通与银杏叶提取物注射液治疗的效果较常规用药治疗效果显著。Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with Xueshuantong and Ginkgo biloba extract injec⁃tion on patients with acute stroke.Methods Eighty patients with acute stroke in Wannian County People’s Hospital from February 2020 to February 2022 were selected retrospectively.According to the application method,they were divided into combined group and conventional group,with 40 patients in each group.The combined group received acupuncture treatment combined with Xueshuantong and Ginkgo biloba extract injection treatment.The conventional group was given conventional drug.The degree of neurological deficit,independent living ability,daily living ability and clinical efficacy were analyzed.Results The NIHSS score and mRS score of patients in the combined group were lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).The MBI score of patients in the combined group was higher than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the combined group was 92.50%(37/40),which was higher than that of the conventional group(67.50%,27/40)(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with Xueshuantong and Ginkgo biloba extract injection is more effective than conventional medication in the treatment of acute stroke.
