摘　　要：蜂蜇伤主要引起过敏反应和直接毒性作用。速发型过敏反应和多器官功能障碍综合征(MODS)是蜂蜇伤致死的主要原因。西医治疗蜂毒无特效药,局部处理以清创、激素涂擦等为主,全身治疗以抗过敏、抗休克、保护重要脏器功能、防止继发性损害和对症支持为主,其中血液净化是治疗蜂蜇伤重症确切有效的方法;中医治疗常以各地蛇药口服及外敷,配合刺血拔罐,口服清热凉血解毒、祛风止痒止痛中草药。中西医结合治疗可提高效果。Bee sting mainly caused diseases by allergic reactions and direct toxic effects.Rapid allergic reactions and multiple organ dysfunction syndrome(MODS)are the main causes of death from bee stings.There is no specific antidote for bee venom in Western medicine.The main local treatments of bee venom are debridement and application of hormone.Its systemic treatments are mainly anti-allergy,anti-shock,protection of vital organ function,prevention of secondary damage,symptomatic and supportive therapies,among which the blood purification is effective and accurate methods to treat severe bee sting.Traditional Chinese medicine treatment often uses snake medicine from various places orally or externally,combined with pricking blood and cupping,taking Chinese herbs orally for clearing heat,cooling blood,dispelling wind and relieving itching and pain.The combination of traditional Chinese and West⁃ern medicine can improve the curative effect.
