摘　　要：针灸学是理论与实践相结合的一门学科,作为中医临床类专业之一,对内外妇儿科疾病均有一定治疗效果,尤其在治疗中医五官疾病方面有独特优势,简便价廉,不良反应小。在头面部、眼、耳、口、鼻等部位的治疗上,擅于运用中医基础理论知识,注重辨证与辨病结合,选穴精简,配合远近端取穴与临证验穴,补泻针法加以辅助,提高疾病治愈率,值得临床大力推广,促进针灸学在专科疾病治疗上的发展。Acupuncture and moxibustion is a discipline combining theory and practice.As one of the clinical specialties of traditional Chinese medicine,it has certain therapeutic effects on internal and external gynecological and pediatric diseases,especially in the treatment of the ophthalmology and otorhinolaryngology diseases of traditional Chinese medicine.It has unique advantages,simple and inexpensive,and has little side effects.In the treatment of head and face,eyes,ears,mouth,nose and other parts,acupuncture and moxibustion is good at applying the basic theoretical knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine,paying attention to the combination of syndrome differentiation and disease differentiation,simplifying the selection of acupoints,cooperating with the selection of acupoints at the far and near ends and the clinical examination of acupoints,and reinforcing and reducing acupuncture for auxiliary treatment,which will improve the cure rate of diseases.Its clinical application is worthy of promote in the treatment of specialized diseases.
