火针治疗囊肿型痤疮的临床研究进展

摘　　要：囊肿型痤疮是重度痤疮,治疗上有很大的困难,严重影响患者的容貌及心理健康。火针治疗囊肿型痤疮有一定的优势,火针疗法联合其他疗法治疗囊肿型痤疮近年来很受关注。作者对近年来火针疗法治疗囊肿型痤疮的相关文献报道进行综述,内容包括单纯火针治疗、火针联合中药治疗、火针联合西药治疗、火针联合其他针灸治疗、火针联合现代医学其他技术治疗,为临床提供参考。Cystic acne is a severe acne,there are great difficulties in treatment,seriously affect the patient’s appearance and mental health.The treatment of cystic acne with fire needle has certain advantages,and the combination of fire needle therapy with other therapies has attracted much attention in recent years.The author reviewed the relevant literature reports on the treatment of acne cysts with fire needle therapy in recent years,including simple fire needle therapy,fire needle combined with Chinese medicine treat⁃ment,fire needle combined with western medicine treatment,fire needle combined with other acupuncture treatment,and fire needle combined with other modern medical techniques for clinical reference.
