摘　　要：痛风是与高尿酸血症、尿酸盐沉积密切相关的进展性代谢疾病,难以根治。本文对中西医结合诊治痛风的研究进展进行综述,并通过该院3例典型病例,总结中西医结合治疗痛风的流程和经验,以期为痛风的临床诊治提供参考。Gout is a progressive metabolic disease closely related to hyperuricemia and urate depoSTTion.It is difficult to cure.This article reviewed the research progress of integrated Chinese and Western medicine in the diagnosis of gout,and summarized the process and experience of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of gout through 3 typical cases in this hospital,in order to provide a reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of gout.
