益气摄血汤联合戊酸雌二醇治疗异常子宫出血患者的效果

摘　　要：目的:观察益气摄血汤联合戊酸雌二醇治疗异常子宫出血(AUB)患者的效果。方法:回顾性分析2019年3月至2021年3月本院收治的76例AUB患者的临床资料,按不同治疗方案将其分为研究组(n=38)和对照组(n=38)。对照组采用戊酸雌二醇治疗,研究组在对照组基础上采用益气摄血汤治疗,比较两组临床疗效、止血时间(出血控制时间、完全止血时间)、治疗前后临床相关指标[出血量、子宫内膜厚度、血红蛋白(Hb)]水平、性激素指标[卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E_(2))]水平和治疗期间不良反应发生率。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为94.74%(36/38),高于对照组的65.79%(25/38),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组出血控制时间、完全止血时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组出血量少于对照组,子宫内膜厚度低于对照组,Hb水平高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组FSH、LH水平均低于对照组,E_(2)水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:益气摄血汤联合戊酸雌二醇治疗AUB患者可提高治疗总有效率,缩短止血时间,改善临床相关指标水平和性激素指标水平,效果优于单纯戊酸雌二醇治疗。Objective:To observe effects of Yiqi Shexue decoction combined with Estradiol valerate in treatment of patients with abnormal uterine bleeding(AUB).Methods:The clinical data of 76 patients with AUB admitted to this hospital from March 2019 to March 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different treatment options,they were divided into study group(n=38)and control group(n=38).The control group was treated with Estradiol valerate,while the study group was treated with Yiqi Shexue decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the hemostasis time(bleeding control time,complete hemostasis time),the clinical related indicator levels[bleeding volume,endometrial thickness,hemoglobin(Hb)],the sex hormone indicator levels[follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),estradiol(E_(2))],and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 94.74%(36/38),which was higher than 65.79%(25/38)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The bleeding control time and the complete hemostasis time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the bleeding volume in the study group was less than that in the control group,the endometrial thickness was lower than that in the control group,the Hb level was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of FSH and LH in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the level of E_(2)was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Yiqi Shexue decoction combined with Estradiol valerate in the treatment of the AUB patients can improve the total effective rate of treatment,shorten the
