摘 要:目的基于PDCA法优化静脉用药调配中心(pharmacy intravenous admixture service,PIVAS)非整支剂量药品配置,保障患者输液安全。方法采用PDCA循环管理模式,调查江西省人民医院PIVAS 2023年1~6月实施PDCA法前后非整支剂量药品配置差错情况,分析影响PIVAS非整支剂量药品配置差错的原因,对策拟定,实施全方位精细化管理,对实施效果进行评价。结果非整支剂量药品配置差错率由0.0526%降至0.0177%,进步率66.35%,目标完成率101.5%。结论将PDCA法运用到非整支剂量药品调配全流程管理,可以有效降低其配置差错率,提高配置准确性和工作效率,保障临床输液安全,工作模式值得推广。Objective Optimization of non-whole bottle dose drug configuration in the pharmacy intravenous admixture services(PIVAS)based on PDCA method,so as to ensure the safety of patients'infusion and eliminate the occurrence of medication accidents.Methods The management model of PDCA cycle method was used to investigate the errors in the dispensing of non-whole bottle dose drug before and after the implementation of the PDCA cycle method from January 2023 to June 2023 in PIVAS.At the same time,we analyze the causes of errors affecting the dispensing of non-whole bottle dose drug,formulated countermeasures,implemented comprehensive and refined management,and evaluated the implementation effect.Results The error rate of non-whole bottle dose drug configuration decreased from 0.0526%to 0.0177%,with a progress rate of 66.35%and a target completion rate of 101.5%.Conclusion Applying the PDCA cycle method to the whole process management of non-whole bottle dose drug configuration can effectively reduce the error rate of its configuration,improve the accuracy of configuration and work efficiency,and guarantee the safety of clinical infusion.Therefore,this working model is worth promoting.
