糯米藤提取物镇痛抗炎作用

摘　　要：目的探讨糯米藤水提和醇提取物的镇痛抗炎作用。方法采用电热板和乙酸致扭体疼痛模型,考察糯米藤水提和醇提取物的镇痛作用;采用二甲苯均匀涂抹引发小鼠耳肿胀和蛋清注射足跖引发大鼠足跖肿胀的炎症模型,考察糯米藤水提和醇提取物的抗炎作用。结果低、高剂量组糯米藤水提和醇提取物给药后,对电热板诱导的小鼠痛阈值显著提高,对乙酸诱发的扭体反应次数明显减少,相较于健康对照组、自身用药前差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);对二甲苯涂抹引发的小鼠耳肿胀以及蛋清引发的大鼠足跖肿有明显抑制作用,与健康对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);在镇痛及抗炎方面,糯米藤醇提取物作用明显比水提取物强(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论糯米藤水提和醇提取物均具镇痛抗炎作用,且醇提取物作用明显较水提取物强。Objective To explore the analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects of water extract and alcohol extract from gonostegia hirta.Methods The pain models in mice induced by electric heating plate and acetic acid writhing were used to investigate the analgesic effects of water extract and alcohol extract from gonostegia hirta.The inflammatory models of ear swelling in mice induced by uniformly applying xylene and foot swelling in rats induced by injecting egg white into the foot were used to investigate the anti-inflammatory effects of water extract and alcohol extract from gonostegia hirta.Results Low,high doses groups of water extract and alcohol extract from gonostegia hirta could significantly increased the pain threshold caused by the electric heating plate in mice,and significantly reduced the number of writhing reactions caused by acetic acid,the difference was significant compared to the normal control group and before self administration(P<0.01).Low,high doses groups of water extract and alcohol extract from gonostegia hirta could significantly inhibited ear swelling caused by xylene application in mice and foot swelling caused by egg white in rats,the difference was significant compared to the normal control group(P<0.01).In terms of analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects,the alcohol extract has significantly stronger effect than the water extract(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion Water extract and alcohol extract from gonostegia hirta had significant analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects,and alcohol extract were stronger than water extract.
