仙灵骨葆胶囊联合盐酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊治疗膝骨关节炎的效果及对患者炎症因子、生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的分析仙灵骨葆胶囊联合盐酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊在膝骨关节炎治疗中的效果及对患者炎症因子、生活质量的影响。方法选取2021年6月至2022年2月收治的膝骨关节炎100例。按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组、观察组,分别实施盐酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊,仙灵骨葆胶囊联合盐酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊治疗。对比组间临床治疗效果、不良反应发生率,治疗前后的炎症因子水平、骨代谢水平、膝关节功能评分、生活质量评分。结果连续治疗3个月,观察组总有效率92.00%高于对照组的76.00%(P<0.05)。组间不良反应发生率对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗前,组间炎症因子、骨代谢指标、膝关节功能评分、生活质量评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗3个月,观察组的超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、白介素1(IL-1)、Ⅰ型胶原羧基末端肽均低于对照组(P<0.05),骨钙素、骨保护素、骨特异性碱性磷酸酶、Lysholm膝关节功能评分、ADL评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在膝骨关节炎患者的治疗中,仙灵骨葆胶囊联合盐酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊的应用价值较高。Objective To analyze the effect of xianling gubao capsules combined with glucosamine hydrochloride capsules in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis and its influence on inflammatory factors and quality of life of patients.Methods 100 patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to hospital from June 2021 to February 2022 were selected.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group,which were treated with glucosamine hydrochloride capsules,xianling gubao capsules combined with glucosamine hydrochloride capsules.The clinical efficacy,incidence of adverse reactions,levels of inflammatory factors,bone metabolism,knee function score and quality of life score before and after treatment were compared between groups.Results After 3 months of continuous treatment,the total effective rate of observation group was 92.00%,which was higher than that of control group 76.00%(P<0.05).There was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions among groups(P>0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistical significance in inflammatory factors,bone metabolism indexes,knee function scores and quality of life scores between groups(P>0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the levels of hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),tumor necrosis factorα(TNF-α),interleukin-1(IL-1)and carboxy-terminal peptide of type I collagen in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Osteocalcin,osteoprotectin,bone-specific alkaline phosphatase,Lysholm knee function score and ADL score were higher than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of knee osteoarthritis patients,the application value of xianling gubao capsules combined with glucosamine hydrochloride capsules is relatively high.
