柑橘黄酮片联合五倍子汤熏洗治疗炎性外痔临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察柑橘黄酮片联合五倍子汤熏洗治疗炎性外痔临床疗效。方法选取2023年1月至2023年8月湘东区人民医院门诊就诊的99例炎性外痔患者进行研究,随机分为甲组、乙组和丙组,各33例。甲组患者采用柑橘黄酮片联合五倍子汤熏洗进行治疗,乙组患者采用柑橘黄酮片进行治疗,丙组患者采用五倍子汤熏洗进行治疗,均治疗7 d。观察比较三组患者的治疗效果、肛门疼痛评分、肛门水肿评分及症状评分。结果治疗后,甲组治疗的总有效率高于乙组和丙组(P<0.05),甲组肛门疼痛评分、肛门水肿评分及症状评分均低于乙组和丙组(P<0.05)。结论柑橘黄酮片联合五倍子汤熏洗治疗炎性外痔疗效较好。Objective To observe the clinical effect of citrus bioflavonoids tablets combined with wubeizi decoction fumigation in the treatment of inflammatory external hemorrhoids.Methods 99 cases of patients with inflammatory external hemorrhoids in Xiangdong District People's Hospital from January 2023 to August 2023 were studied and randomly divided into group A,group B and group C,33 cases each.Patients in group A were treated with citrus bioflavonoids tablets combined with wubeizi decoction fumigation,patients in group B were treated with citrus bioflavonoids tablets,and patients in group C were treated with wubeizi decoction fumigation,all for 7 days.The therapeutic effect,and pain(VAS)score,anal edema score and symptom score of the three groups were observed and compared.Results After 7 days of treatment,the total effective rate of group A was higher than that of group B and group C(P<0.05);anal pain(VAS)score,anal edema score and symptom score of group A were lower than those of group B and group C(P<0.05).Conclusion Citrus bioflavonoids tablets combined with wubeizi decoction fumigation for the treatment of inflammatory external hemorrhoids is better.
