香砂六君子汤对脾胃气虚型功能性消化不良患者胃动素及胃泌素水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨香砂六君子汤对脾胃气虚型功能性消化不良患者胃动素及胃泌素水平的影响。方法采用随机数字表法将2020年10月至2022年10月鹰潭市中医院收治的104例功能性消化不良患者分为两组,各52例。对照组采用莫沙必利片联合胰酶肠溶胶囊治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用香砂六君子汤治疗。比较两组临床疗效,胃动素(MOT)水平,胃泌素(GAS)水平,生活质量[尼平消化不良指数生活质量(NDLQI)],疾病严重程度[利兹消化不良调查问卷(LDQ)]及不良反应。结果观察组治疗总有效率较对照组高,治疗后MOT水平较对照组高,GAS水平、中医证候积分及NDLQI和LDQ评分低于对照组(P<0.05);两组未见明显不良反应;随访6个月,观察组复发率较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论脾胃气虚型功能性消化不良患者应用香砂六君子汤治疗安全有效,可改善胃肠激素水平及临床症状,降低复发率,提升生活质量,且安全性好。Objective To investigate the effects of xiangsha liujunzi decoction on the levels of motilin and gastrin in patients with functional dyspepsia(FD)of spleen and stomach qi deficiency.Methods 104 FD patients admitted to Yingtan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2020 to October 2022 were randomly divided into two groups with 52 cases each.The control group was treated with mosapride tablets plus pancreatic enzyme enteric-coated capsules,and observation group was added with xiangsha liujunzi decoction.The two groups'clinical efficacy,motilin(MOT)level,gastrin(GAS)level,quality of life[Nepin dyspepsia index quality of life(NDLQI)],disease severity[Leeds dyspepsia questionnaire(LDQ)]and adverse reactions were compared.Results After treatment,observation group's total effective rate and MOT level were higher than control group's,and the GAS level,TCM syndrome score,NDLQI and LDQ scores were lower than control group's(P<0.05).No obvious adverse reactions were observed in the two groups.Observation group's recurrence rate after 6 months of follow-up was lower than control group's(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of xiangsha liujunzi decoction in FD patients with spleen and stomach qi deficiency is safe and effective,which can improve gastrointestinal hormone levels and clinical symptoms,reduce recurrence rate,improve quality of life,and has good safety.
