开天门手法按摩联合耳穴压豆治疗脑卒中失眠的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:分析开天门手法按摩联合耳穴压豆治疗脑卒中失眠的临床效果。方法:选取2017年3月-2021年11月东台市人民医院收治的脑卒中失眠患者60例作为研究对象,以掷骰子法随机分为对照组与观察组,各30例。对照组采用耳穴压豆治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用天开门手法按摩治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.030)。治疗后,观察组入睡时间、睡眠质量、日间功能障碍评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组焦虑、抑郁评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:脑卒中失眠患者采用开天门手法按摩联合耳穴压豆治疗的效果显著,有助于提高睡眠质量,改善心理状态。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Tianmen manipulation massage combined with ear point bean pressing in treatment of stroke insomnia.Methods:From March 2017 to November 2021,60 stroke patients with insomnia admitted to Dongtai People's Hospital were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group by dice rolling method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ear point bean pressing,and the observation group was treated with Tianmen manipulation massage on the basis of control group.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the time of falling asleep,sleep quality and daytime dysfunction scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tianmen manipulation massage combined with ear point bean pressing has a significant effect in treatment of stroke patients with insomnia,which is helpful to improve sleep quality and ameliorate mental state.
