补肾生血方联合常规西药治疗慢性再生障碍性贫血的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析补肾生血方联合常规西药治疗慢性再生障碍性贫血的效果。方法:选取2019年3月-2022年3月衡阳市中医医院收治的80例慢性再生障碍性贫血患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用补肾生血方治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.002)。治疗后,两组CD4+、CD4+/CD8+水平均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,两组CD8+水平低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组抑郁、焦虑评分低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:补肾生血方联合常规西药治疗慢性再生障碍性贫血的效果较好,能够改善患者免疫功能与负性情绪。Objective:To analyze the effect of Bushen Shengxue formula combined with conventional western medicine in treatment of chronic aplastic anemia.Methods:A total of 80 patients with chronic aplastic anemia admitted to Hengyang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from March 2019 to March 2022 were selected as the study subjects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group adopted conventional western medicine treatment,and the observation group adopted Bushen Shengxue formula treatment on the basis of the control group.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.002).After treatment,the levels of CD4+and CD4+/CD8+in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the levels of CD8+in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of depression and anxiety in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bushen Shengxue formula combined with conventional western medicine has a better effect in treatment of chronic aplastic anemia,and can improve immune function and negative emotion of patients.
