砭石温灸疗法联合常规疗法治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨砭石温灸疗法联合常规疗法治疗2型糖尿病周围神经病变的效果。方法:选取2019年12月-2020年12月深圳市中医院收治的糖尿病周围神经病变患者60例作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各30例。对照组采取常规治疗,研究组在对照组基础上采取砭石温灸疗法。比较两组血糖水平、神经功能、生活质量。结果:治疗后,两组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组神经症状、神经反射、感觉试验评分均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组健康调查简表评分高于治疗前,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:砭石温灸疗法联合常规疗法治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的效果显著,可改善患者神经功能及血糖水平,提升生活质量。Objective:To investigate the effect of Stone needle warm moxibustion therapy combined with conventional therapy on type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods:A total of 60 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy admitted to Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospita from December 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and study group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine treatment,and the study group was treated with stone needle warm moxibustion on the basis of the control group.Blood glucose level,nerve function and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the levels of fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and HBA1c in 2 groups were lower than before treatment,and the study group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After treatment,neurological symptoms,neurological reflexes and sensory test scores in both groups were lower than before treatment,and the study group was lower than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);After treatment,the health survey summary table scores of the two groups were higher than before treatment,and the study group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:Stone needle warm moxibustion combined with conventional therapy has a significant effect on the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy,which can improve the nerve function and blood glucose level of patients and improve the quality of life.
